7th International Model Railway Exhibition

Anyone yet to discover the wonderous joys of model railway has a great opportunity to make amends in the FEZ in November. In a world dominated by computer screens, model railways haven't lost their charm and the 7th International Exhibition is expected to be the biggest yet. The FEZ is proud to play host to the biggest exhibition of its kind in Berlin, with 4,000 square metres filled with 30 models hailing from Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, Germany and Switzerland. Many of the models will be on show for the very first time.

Foyer

  • Fantasialand: Catch the train through the miniature zoo
  • Rocky Mountains: TT railway from the Hallenser Modellbahner

Upper Foyer

  • The legendary Bad Muskau Waldeisenbahn in TTf size
  • Harbour Flair: in the nominal scale of HO, from Clubs Spijkspoor in the Netherlands
  • Rügen's Narrow Guage with the Wittower Ferry – in TTe
  • Bullay Double Decker Bridge: in the Z scale (1:220)
  • Ingenious: Lightweight construction system in N scale with a legendary track plan
  • Peters Brück: New from Pemoba from the Netherlands
  • Craft and activity area for young model railway enthusiasts

Multipurpose Hall

  • Berliner S-Bahn: Pupils from the Gustav-Heinemann-Oberschule present a piece of history between Alexanderplatz and Wannsee
  • Polish Narrow Guage Railway from the 80s: with scale of 1:87
  • Border Travel Between Germany and Poland: TT model
  • Diorama: Operation of a quarry, including inclined lift, from Belgium
  • Railways on the North Sea Coast: local history based around Aurich in H0m.
  • Simulator: drive a H0 model yourself

Small series manufacturers such as Hädl, Makamo, Stipp, Wonisch – Werkzeuge, Beckert-Modellbau, Anita Dekor and more are on hand to offer some interesting products associated with model railway construction.

Entry to the Alice Museum for Childen is included in the price of the ticket on Saturday and Sunday.
