22nd Puppet Theatre Festival
Big Family Weekend on 24th & 25th November 2018
Sponsored by: Christian Bahrmann, Presenter from KiKANiNCHEN
Dear FEZ guests,
It's back! Once again the FEZ Berlin is the home of puppet theatre. Where adventures happen before your eyes, objects are brought to life and dreams come true. There are stories to be told from all over the world. With stages throughout the building hosting different shows, the FEZ is truly turning into one huge puppet theatre. This is the 22nd Puppet Theatre Festival in the FEZ Berlin.
Ritter Rost is flying into space, the little tiger is travelling to Panama, the little mermaid is trying to live secrelty among humans, three penguins are fighting to escape the deluge and the Valiant Little Tailor manages to trick the giant. But that's not all... Scrooge is taught a lesson about what is really important in life, the three pigs attempt to escape the big bad wolf and the little witch Siebenreich finally learns some magic.
As always in German puppet theatre, a Kasper (similar to Mr. Punch) will be one of the many figures dropping in. So come and discover puppet theatre in all of its forms and colours. Laugh at the jokes, sit tight when things get dramatic and shed a tear when events take a turn for the worse. Fascinating figures and magic moments await in more than 100 shows across 24 stages.
If you don't just want to watch, then you can get creative yourself and design your own props and figures.
I am looking forward to meeting you all in the FEZ and having the opportunity to put on a show for you.
